I have not yet seen the work you did on our house today, but I did talk to my wife on the phone and she was very happy with the results. The whole process went smoothly -- you gave us a detailed estimate and completed the work efficiently and well. In addition, we appreciate that you yourself returned several times to check on the progress of your worker. (Several years ago we had a very bad experience with some major home alterations on another house and part of it was due to the lack of supervision by our contractor.) And you cleaned up after your work (which not all construction people do). Overall, we are very happy with your efforts. As I mentioned to you, we anticipate some renovations in the future -- probably in a couple months from now -- and hope that you will be available to offer us a bid on these projects.

I just wanted to let you know that Barry Lansford of First General Services was a joy to work with. He was always on the job whenever he said he would be there, which is generally not the normal. He was always bending over backward so to speak, to make sure Bev and I were completely satisfied with the work. He also made sure his subs had the same dedication to timing, safety and matching workmanship, whether it be the cabinet builder, the painter, or the plumber.
